Fine cut, wild-crafted Small Flowered Willow-herb Tea
Infusion: 1 heaped teaspoon of the Small Flowered Willow-herb per 1/2 liter of boiling water, infused for a short time. Only 2 cups a day are taken, 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach, 1 cup in the evening, half an hour before a meal.
Directions: Make a tea by pouring approximately 2 cups of boiling water over 2 heaped tsp of herb. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, strain and drink to your health. It’s good for you. In general, sip a cup before breakfast, and another 2 hours after dinner.
